A Discovery Worth a Fortune
Research for the current Fabufit Course has uncovered a discovery worth a fortune in terms of health and fitness. Of course, God’s Word is my premium fortune on every area of life. When I find something that is in line with what God’s Word says and when it meets the criteria of my current understanding, I am overjoyed. Yes, this discovery is making me overjoyed. I am so thankful to the Lord for His direction. I found this while searching an entirely different path.
What is It?
This valuable discovery is an eating path which I had never heard of even though it has been tested and proven by volumes of research. How did I miss it? I wonder if you have missed it too. This finding of about four weeks ago changed the direction of our current course: 3 Best Eating Paths. This finding matches almost perfectly with the Fabufit guiding principles for fitness and health. The path is called SANE. It promised to transform your body by eating more and exercising less. This sounded double crazy to me …….at first. As I studied more, I saw that eating more meant dramatically increasing the daily intake of non starchy vegetables, eating good proteins, good whole food fats and low fructose fruits. This matched with my criteria. I was almost on board.
Then I began to read about the SetPoint. Oh the SetPoint!!! I had learned about this years ago and understood and taught about it the best I could (rather limited) for many years. Yes, I knew that in order to have permanent weight loss success, the SetPoint had to be changed. I even knew a few things to do that would change it. However, I certainly didn’t know and understand what I know now. Believe me, it is exciting.
