Mighty and Merciful March
I love the thought of “Mighty and Merciful March” given to us by a mighty and merciful Heavenly Father. Each new month brings me new expectations and anticipation that “something good is going to happen to me (to you!)”
March is the 3rd month of our new year 2022. The number 3 is used 467 times in the Bible. It pictures completeness. Are there things in your life you would like to see completed? There are many things in mine. I really like to think about the thought of completeness. A favorite scripture of mine is in Phillippians.
Holman Christian Standard Bible
I am sure of this, that He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Phil 1:6
God’s Blessings
Time seems to be passing a little faster each month. Our two oldest grandsons are now 24 and 23. Oh my goodness how can that be? We had a wonderful time having lunch with them today and sharing stories of their growing up years.
I am thankful for every single day. One of my favorite things about this new year is a paperback book that I mentioned in a previous post: Psalm 91: God’s Protective Shield. Each time I read the book and complete a lesson it seems my faith grows stronger in just how much God loves us and is there to protect us.
Our Health and Fitness Lifestyle
John and I continue with our journey of being the healthiest we can be. Crossfit and Dancing remain great blessings in our lives keeping us mobile, flexible, and strong. I must mention that no matter how much anyone exercises, the foods they eat or don’t eat are what make the big difference. Because of this major importance of nutrition, we continue taking natural Shaklee food supplements and eating a slightly modified Paleo way of eating.
Our Theme for March
Our Team Fabulous is beginning class two tonight of our signature course, Four Weeks to a Lifetime In this series of classes, I am adding in more treasures gleaned from Dr. Caroline Leaf, a world-renowned neuroscientist, and from Pastor Curry Blake of John G. Lake Ministries.
We have learned from Dr. Leaf that the brain is actually part of the body and that our mind controls our brain. Renewing our minds is so important. Our thoughts are real. Therefore, our thoughts make a very big difference in our health and fitness. In March I will teach the rest of this course (adding in a bonus class of “How to Speak the Language of Health.”) It is not too late to join in. Each class is archived for makeup and review.

Most thankfully, God’s mercies are new every morning for me and for you.
May you be blessed with a mighty, merciful March.

Ephesians 3:20
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
It’s never too late to start,
It’s always too late to wait. ~ Jeff Olson
