I had a request
It helps me help all of you so much when someone asks a question or asks clarification on a confusing issue. As a result from a team member question, the Lord gave me an inspired idea to create a beginning help for those of you just stepping into Paleo. Actually it is going to help all of us with a more concise easy path. Thank the Lord.
Two PDF’s For You
First I created a one week menu of ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main focus is dinner. If we can get two or three breakfast or lunch ideas, we can usually do pretty well. Dinner meals can always be made extra for lunch the next day as well.
Then I realized some of you may not have the Fabufit Index Cards I refer to; and then too, Manna Bread is not in the Cards. (It will be in the next edition with other new ones.
So I created a second PDF with the basic recipes we need to get started:
