In changing habits, the new grooves need to become as deep as the old ones so the old ones can be washed away.
Choosing to do right is very empowering. Feeling good is better than the taste of anything………any day.
TIP: Tie a new habit in with an old established habit. What habit do you currently have that you do every day (for example – brushing your teeth)? What new habit can you tie in with this activity? (for example – speaking your daily affirmation.)
