What times of day are biggest challenge times? (Note these are usually brief times and once you discover them and are prepared, you will take the victory.)

What are key triggers? (What can you do to change them?)

Ask yourself some hard questions and be willing to be very honest with yourself.


Decide to implement the 10 Second Delay Strategy – Decide to take 10 seconds to think about your choices BEFORE deciding to give in to fleeting temptations of food.  Decide instead to exercise inner strength to stand strong and resist.  Many times this 10 second delay is all you need to take on the “fighting spirit” and remind yourself, I can do this.
