What times of the day are the biggest challenge times? (Note these are usually brief times and once you discover them and are prepared, you will take the victory.)

What are key triggers? And what can you do to change them? Ask yourself come hard questions and be willing to be very honest with yourself.

A Great Idea is to Implement the 10 Second Delay Strategy

dumbbellsgoodPMDecide to take 10 seconds to think about your choices BEFORE deciding to give in to fleeting temptations of food. Decide instead to exercise inner strength to stand strong and resist. May times this 10 second delay is all you need to take on the “fighting spirit” and remind yourself. “I can do this.” “I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me.”
