These exercises are also the very core of Crossfit Training. Learning to do these properly will not only help us prevent injuries, but will provide amazing help for  strengthening those very important Core muscles for balance, flexibility and spinal density (so important for our metabolism). They will even help to get some of those female internal organs in better placement.
