√ Create Space by Tossing Out the Junk Food – “Create a No-Fail Environment”
Cooking Tools:
√ A good 8 inch skillet for cooking your Stupid Easy Tortillas (I began with an inexpensive one I had. Recently I found the Cuisinart Ceramic one and it makes cooking a breeze.)
√ Measuring spoons and cups. (I recently found Food Network ones I simply love using.) The cups fold down and the spoons are magnetized to stick together. Of course any measuring utensils will do. I decided since I am going to love cooking this way, I need to make it as easy and quick as possible.
√ Good cupcake pans or reusable muffin holders with old cupcake pans as I have. Food Network makes these rubber feeling cupcake holders. I got 24 as I generally make double muffin recipes each week. They are easy, perfect to work with and can be used over and over.
