. . . in our 4 Weeks to a Lifetime Webcast Series led by longevity coach, Dani Rotramel. If you are not a member, here’s what you missed: Members drew a line in the sand and determined their boundaries, they learned tips to weight loss and fitness. they learned how to capture negative thoughts, and to visualize their breakthrough success.
