December Challenge – Have You Drawn Your Line in the Sand?

Here are a few of my personal boundaries for December:

  • Eat ONLY the debit foods (health and fitness destroying foods) I really love.
  • Eat out only once a week.
  • Erase with Hoe Downs and water after any debit food.
  • Refuse to allow myself to get too hungry or too full, keeping myself in the 4-6 zone on the Hunger/Full Index.
  • sacrifice of praiseRemember to do Gratitude streaming every morning.  “I will offer the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving.” Hebrews 13:15
  • I will live daily in “Intentional  hope.”
  • I will ask the Master for wisdom and limit my commitments being willing to say “no.”
