July is National Ice Cream Month
Did you realize this is National Ice Cream Month? “Since childhood this treat has defined most of our lives, with the sound of the Ice Cream man driving down the street marking some of the best moments of our lives as we ran screaming down the sidewalk, money in hand, to catch him before they got away.” ~ daysoftheyear.com I certainly remember the joy of that ice cream truck.
In this coming month of July, the Fabufit theme will be focused on finding and selecting a good eating plan for health and fitness. We don’t want a diet, as diets too often fail and the weight is gained back with increase. We want a way of eating that is delicious, but will still serve us on the path to increased happiness, abundant health and fabulous fitness. Is there such a path? I say, yes, there is. Food is a Gift
God created food as a gift for us. There is so very much to discover and enjoy. It is like going on a treasure hunt. These treasures are often hidden. We might spend part of our life (even all of our life), never realizing the wealth of delicious food available. As we follow the Three Principles of Healthy Eating, the path is easier.We soon realize that everything that glitters is not gold. Nonetheless, there is gold out there to be found.

Incorporating some of their lifestyle guidelines, I find myself leaning toward what I would call Paleo Blue.
