Introductory Class for Living Long and Strong
Thank you for taking a peek at the introductory class for Living Long and Strong. This upcoming Fabufit Course will begin October 5th, 8:30 PM Central. Here is the Introductory Class video. The first one is the brief 5-minute overview. The second is 20 minutes and will give you a good idea of what you will learn in the coming weeks if you join in.
Each class will be archived on a confidential website page for makeup or review. Classes will be taught via Zoom. Live class will be kept small for personalized questions and comments.
