The course will consist of 8 classes beginning July 12 and taught every other Tuesday night at 7PM Central. (This could be subject to change but you will have adequate notice if one class time changes and archives will be provided for each class once it is taught via Zoom.)
Class Details
The path to breaking through your Set Point will be taken in strategic baby steps. Each class will take you further along the path. You will be held accountable (which everyone needs), but the steps are simple. Consistent will be the key.
