Joy-Filled June
June is a fun month for our family. John and I have our second grandson, Braden Rotramel, graduating from Plano East High School; and a trip to Cancun honoring this graduate.
Three years ago I began the tradition of reading and journaling through a new Bible for Austin when he graduated. The next year I journaled through another for Chandler and have just finished Braden’s. This is really so much fun for me as I pray over these young grandchildren each day and try to capture for them the jewels God has shared with me over my years.
God’s Covenant of Healing Course
Team Fabulous is just finishing up on the eight week course on Healing. There have been many treasures seen. My plan is to offer the archive video recordings and support materials to others once it is finished. This would be a Home Study Course on Healing in a baby step fashion.
Paleo Easy Lemon Ice Cream
June and summertime seem to go with Ice Cream. Since you and I are on a journey of fitness and health, regular ice cream is probably not our best choice. It can actually trip us up and take us backward as this is a habit hard to break. Have you begun making the delicious and easy blender ice creams I have mentioned before? Be sure to catch the June free gift below. This is PDF of four of the most delicious and easy blender Paleo ice creams you will ever find. Just enter your name and email and you will have instant access to this page that you can print and begin to enjoy. John and I
absolutely love these ice creams: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry and Spinach.
Our little granddaughters love lemon ice cream when they come to spend the day on Thursdays. This is made from the Basic Fabufit Vanilla Ice Cream recipe with just a couple capfuls of pure lemon extract added and a little liquid stevia.
Lemon Ice Cream
This is a delicious and super quick recipe for those of us who miss ice cream . This is only a small adjustment to the Vanilla recipe and la la…………lemon. Honestly, it is ridiculously delicious. It reminds me of the best of homemade freezer ice cream, soft serve ice cream and snow ice cream. Can you begin to get the picture?
Ingredients
- 4 ounces of Coconut full fat milk
- 2 TBLS Pure Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt
- 3 TBLS Raw Honey or Agave
- Several Added Drops of Liquid Organic Stevia for more sweetness
- 1/4 C Vanilla Protein
- 2 capfuls of Pure Lemon Extract
How to Make
- Blend all of The Above
- Add the crushed ice a little at a time. Blend in powerful blender. I have a Blendtech which has a button called ice cream. I think any blender that can crush ice would work. Our refrigerator has crushed ice, so I used the crushed ice from the refrigerator and dumped it into the blender and then blended to make it a smooth soft serve like ice cream.
Let me know how you like it if you give it a try. And don’t forget to print out your other free recipes below.
