Joyful June

June is one of my favorites of the months. We have our second grandson graduating from high school (watch for a post about Chandler coming up soon), a trip to Cancun with Brennon and Brett with their five and one more grandson, and our 53rd Anniversary. Each new month brings new ideas, new experiences and new expectations.  I encourage you to begin expecting.

June and summertime seem to go with Ice Cream. Since you and I are on a journey of fitnes and health, regular ice cream is probably not our best choice.
