Learning to Soar is Not Hard
Learning to Soar above problems is not so hard, but it takes daily practice. Any good habit we develop takes consistency. Faith and consistency are the keys to the breakthrough in everything we do. I suppose this is true even with bad habits. Consistency also establishes these.
What is Soaring?
Soaring is a technique used to help oneself stretch to new levels. It is daily (or every so many days) accountability done via journaling. It encompasses specific Gratitudes and Praises as well as identifying Negative Drainers that are stealing from you. Learning to soar will enable you to uncover and take action on living by your deepest core values and energy producers.
Where I Learned about Soaring
About 15 years ago I attended a Robert Allen seminar and heard a gentleman, John Dealy, teach on soaring. I’ve added a few tweaks here and there so that it fits with truth I have learned from God’s Word. Most of the principles matched perfectly. God tells us over and over about the value of being grateful. This is the foundation of Soaring.
