CREATE A NO-FAIL ENVIRONMENT

What will you keep in your cupboard and what will you toss? Debit food (health-destroying food) will call your name if it is in your home, your car or your office.  To get on the success curve, you need to make the decision to create a NO FAIL Environment. Toss the stuff that likes to trip you up adding inches and discouragement.

Plan some really good replacement foods and recipes that are quick and delicious. Take your body into the training here. Tell that flesh, “You are going to like good healthy food or you may get nothing.”
