Merciful March

God’s Mercies are New Every Morning March

Each new month brings to me new expectation and anticipation that “something good is going to happen to me (to you!)”

I love Psalms 118 which tells us over and over that His steadfast love endures forever.

1Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good!  His faithful love endures forever. Ps 118 NLT

March is the 3rd month of our new year 2015. The number 3 is used 467 times in the Bible. It pictures completeness.

Let’s “magnify” March and declare it marked for greatness – a month where our dreams and visions will begin to be manifested. We will see God’s new mercies every morning. We will see that His stedfast love endures forever.

 Our Theme for March

March’s theme will be on Eating with Intention and not Carelessly. The code name for this topic is Emotional Eating. There are some little foxes under this topic that can literally steal our health and fitness. We will develop strategies and new habits to capture and overcome these foxes.

Our Team Fabulous has just completed our Four Weeks to a Lifetime course where we learned some about the Paleo lifestyle. John and I, as well 4 of our Team Fabulous members, are on the home stretch of the Crossfit Ammo strict Paleo 30 Day Challenge. This has caused me to reflect on how very much I love the Paleo way of eating. I have never had an eating plan that is so very delicious and health filled, while at the same time (when combined with consistent exercise), causes stubborn inches to melt.

TEAMWe take baby steps. We believe repetition brings reinforcement. We have similar goals as Christian women who want to become Abundantly Healthy, Increasingly Happy and FABULOUSLY FIT.

May you be blessed with a magnificent, merciful March.

we ask or think,
