Mighty and Merciful March
Each new month brings to bring me new expectation and anticipation that “something good is going to happen to me (to you!)” as Oral Roberts used to say. It is time to march on into this new month.
March is the 3rd month of our new year 2019. The number 3 is used 467 times in the Bible. It pictures completeness. Are there things in your life you would like to see completed? There are many things in mine. I really like to think about the thought of completeness. A favorite scripture of mine is in Phillippians.
Holman Christian Standard Bible
I am sure of this, that He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Phil 1:6
Time seems to be passing a little faster each month. I am thankful for every single day. One of my favorite things about this new year is my Dake’s Study Bible, which I bought myself for my birthday. This past week I also ordered a biography of Finis Jennings Dake’s life. It is an amazing book of a uniquely anointed man of God. My question of how any man in one lifetime could have written the notes that Dake has written in this annotated study Bible was answered. At the age of seventeen, Dake was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. At this Spirit Baptism, Dake was graciously given a rare gifting. This gifting was an ability to quote the Bible and to see the clear simple truth of the Bible. Later, I will write a more in-depth post on this bible and this man.
Our Health and Fitness Lifestyle
John and I continue with our journey of being the healthiest we can be. Crossfit and Dancing remain great blessings in our lives keeping us mobile, flexible, and strong. I must mention that no matter how much anyone exercises, the foods they eat or don’t eat are what makes the big difference. Because of this major importance of nutrition, we continue taking natural food supplements and eating a slightly modified Paleo way of eating.
Our Theme for March
Our Team Fabulous is in the middle of our basic course, Four Weeks to a Lifetime In this series of classes, I am adding in more treasures gleaned from Dr. Caroline Leaf, a world-renowned neuroscientist. We have learned that the brain is actually part of the body and that our mind controls our brain. Renewing our mind is so important. Our thoughts are real. Therefore, our thoughts make a very big difference in our health and fitness. In March I will teach, the other half of this course It is not too late to join in. Each class is archived for makeup and review.
My goal for March is to share one post each week. After my study in November with the WordPress course, I am endeavoring to make an A with the SEO grading of my posts. Sadly, I am failing in this effort up until now, but I will continue trying.
Most thankfully, God’s mercies are new every morning for me and for you.
May you be blessed with a mighty, merciful March.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
It’s never too late to start,
It’s always too late to wait. ~ Jeff Olson
