27 Body Transforming Habits You Can’t Ignore

My favorite all time book is The Bible. I love my time each morning searching for treasure nuggets in this book.

It is always so much fun to find a book every once and awhile that presents such a wealth of ideas, that it is hard to put down before it is finished. The 27 Habits book by Tyler Bramlett is such a book. I heard about it by some email that came across my box, immediately ordered it, and received it on Monday. I have read it twice and printed out and used the online checklists available at 27Habits.com/checklists.

What I like so much about this little book is that it is extremely organized with “How to Develop” good fitness habits. Although most of the habits are not new to me, some are amazing insights I have not known.  This presents the best way of implementation and establishment of a new habit I have ever seen.

It arrived at just the right time as Team Fabulous begins our 4 Weeks to a Lifetime course. We are focusing on developing new good habits that are driving out the old bad ones.  This focus and implementation is a guarantee for success.TEAM Fabulous

It takes 30 days to develop a habit.
Always tie the establishment of a  new habit with an already established habit.
Taking a habit to a routine and then to Autopilot is our goal at Fabufit, and is where the miracle of fitness occurs.
