Nothing is Impossible November
I am happy to once again welcome one of the most beautiful months of the year. Not only is it beautiful because of the changing seasons and fall colored leaves; but the beauty goes much deeper as we celebrate Thanksgiving and remember the many blessings God has given to us in America. Here is our 3 year old granddaughter, Cali with her big sister, Caris (5). These two, along with seven other treasured grandchildren, (plus two in Heaven) are blessings I cherish. This is a picture of one of their sleepovers at Mimi and Papa’s house. This was actually a sleepover weekend as Brennon and Brennon made a trip to Missouri to visit their oldest son at Link Year College.
It is a great time to intentionally think on all the blessings in our lives: family, friends and freedom. We have freedom to worship The Lord without fear. I remind myself not to take this for granted as I realize many other people in other nations don’t have that freedom. How grateful we are that we still have freedom as Christians in this country.
PS 116:17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of The Lord. KJ
Ps 64:10 make praise your habit. The Message
John and I have chosen, even in the midst of great trials to Count
our Blessings, to remember that this is Nothing is Impossible November, and to offer the sacrifice of thanksgiving and praise.
