Nothing is Impossible November
As many things look impossible, we must remember that with God nothing is impossible in November. I am happy to again welcome one of the most beautiful months of the year. Not only is it beautiful because of the changing seasons and fall colored leaves; but the beauty goes much deeper as we celebrate Thanksgiving and remember the many blessings God has given to us in America.
God Bless America
My prayer is that you will enjoy each day of this month of November. Spend time with your family if it is possible. Enjoy taking a little time to cook and enjoy all of your favorite things. It is a great time to intentionally think about all the blessings in our lives: family, friends, and freedom. We have the freedom to worship The Lord without fear. I remind myself not to take this for granted, as I realize many other people in other nations don’t have that freedom. Actually, because of the lockdown we have experienced, many in our own United States have been unable to worship freely.
PS 116:17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of The Lord. KJ
Our Family
Most hopefully we have two college grandchildren coming home for Thanksgiving… Braden from Tarrelton and Chandler from International House of Prayer University. Austin is doing college online from Texas, but will be leaving to work on his Master’s and play one more season of baseball at Grambling State University after Christmas.

Two others will very hopefully be coming home for the holidays: Kylie and Cameron. I always look forward to having time with each of these precious ones. It’s going to be a challenge again this year to come up with a family photo. We missed it last year.
Family Gatherings
We have decided to have a couple of very small family gatherings at mom’s residence home because it has become a little difficult to transport her into the car. We could do it, but my memories of our past transporting for the move in August just about stretched my faith to the limit. She is doing so well at her new home and is so close we can visit every couple of days. She is living long and strong going on 101.
Living Long and Living Strong
Our Fabufit theme for the first part of November finishing the last two classes of the Living Long and Strong Course via Zoom. This is also now available as a Home Study Course at https://www.fabulouslyfit.com/livelongcourse/.
Be sure to grab your Free Report containing the seven secrets I gleaned from an in-depth study of Centenarians (those honored individuals who have lived to 100 years of age.) You will find it on the Home Page of fabulouslyfit.com.

Holidays in the New Year
Coming November 16th will be a very time-appropriate short course on Holiday Eating. No matter how healthy, fit, and disciplined we are, each of us needs a strategy to navigate the upcoming wonderful holidays. Here it is. The two-part course will be offered via Zoom (Nov. 16 and 23.) The course may also be taken as a home study version. This year I decided to include the $25 Ebook and Workbook as a bonus with the $29 course.
Another Bonus
My plans are to also include short email tips of encouragement and strategy during the month of November. (And as a student) you always have access to my email or text with questions. I thank the Lord for all He has taught me during my past 40 years of studying and living the path of fitness and health. To Him goes all the glory for the strategies He has taught me. My honor is to share these time-tested principles with you
Find out more about the course.
If you prefer only the Ebook and Workbook – I am offering it also.
