Paleo Delicious Pecan Pie
Notes
Be sure to cover the prepared Paleo pie crust with tin foil around the edges before cooking the pie or the edges of the pie will become overcooked and over browned.
Ingredients
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
- 1/4 C Maple Syrup
- 1/3 C Coconut Oil Melted
- 1 T Coconut or Almond Milk
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 T Almond Flour
- 3/4 C Coconut Sugar
- ADDED LAST
- 1 t Pure Vanilla
- 2 C Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Place first ingredients in Large Bowl and Mix Well
- Stir in the Dry Ingredients
- Add 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla
- Add 2 C chopped Pecans
- Bake in a prepared Paleo Pie Crust for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
Place this in a Paleo Pie Crust
