INGREDIENTS
- 15 oz Canned Pumpkin
- 1 and 2/3 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- I like many spices so I add 1 TBLS Pumpkin Pie Spice too
HOW TO MAKE
- Mix all ingredients with a mixer
- Pour into the prepared Paleo Pie Crust
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
- Chill before serving
So good to top with Coconut Whip Topping
