I am updating to this even easier version of Pumpkin Pie. It along with more than 20 other new tried, tested as ranked as favorites are included in the  New Holiday Paleo 2016 Recipe Card Set.

2016 Edition Fabufit Paleo Recipe Cards




  • 15 oz Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 and 2/3 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • I like many spices so I add 1 TBLS Pumpkin Pie Spice too


  1. Mix all ingredients with a mixer

  2. Pour into the prepared Paleo Pie Crust
  3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
  4. Chill before serving

So good to top with Coconut Whip Topping
