Quick Paleo Bread
Thank you Greta Slaton, Team Fabulous member, for adjusting and testing this recipe to be made without a microwave. I like the way you used total almond flour better than the 1/2 almond and 1/2 coconut flour in the one I first made. That one tasted more like cornbread. This one is perfectly delicious and so easy.
Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Almond Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Eggs, whisked
2 1/2 Tbls. Ghee and 2 1/2 Tbls Coconut Oil (Could use all Ghee or all Coconut Oil)
How to Make:
Mix dry ingredients. Add whisked egg, add ghee or oil
Pour batter in prepared 7.5 3.5 Magic Line Loaf Pan. Brush this pan with coconut oil and line bottom with parchment paper.
Bake 20-25 minutes in 375 degree oven until slightly golden or toothpick comes out clean.
Note:
This only makes a small loaf which is enough for 2 or 3. Next time I will make two loaves at a time as it was so easy to whip up and tastes so very good.
