The First of Five Monthly Habits to Begin
In our team Prepare #1 message, I gave you your first babysteps to this upcoming breakthrough for you (and me) as we begin our course Taking Habits to Autopilot.
Over the next 5 days, I will be sending specific strategies for you to begin thinking on and implementing your five Monthly Habits. These five monthly habits won’t be hard; although I must admit that anything new is somewhat hard at first. Just press on through and feel the exhilaration of victory.
By the way, these five habits are critical. Please don’t skip even one. Our goal will be to do this each month with evaluation and tweaking of our five.

As you do this, you are creating more and more new synapses in your brain, making your mind sharper, stronger, clearer; and setting the foundation for amazing change in your health and fitness.
Monthly Habit #1
We must identify what works for us.
- Establish where you are right now. Really think on what is working and what is not working. Possibly make two columns on your paper and compare.
- Do you have a picture of where you want to go in relation to your health and fitness goals? Write down this picture even if it is rather general right now.
- What is keeping your from being there? What is keeping you from becoming the best “you” God created you to become?
