Adjust Your Plan
There will be roadblocks as you execute your plan. If you get detoured off the road, turn around immediately and get right back on the right road. Cancel out guilt because all of us fail along the path of life. Be willing to adjust and adapt as you keep moving forward.
Tyler Bramlett suggests using failure as an education and thinking of failure as gleaning knowledge of what is working and what is not working:
- Be ready to adjust your plan if needed as you go.
- Know there will be setbacks and be willing to get right back up and continue.
- Use each failure as a stepping stone to learn and adjust.
Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times in trying to invent the light bulb. “I found 10,000 ways not to make the light bulb.” On try 10,001 he succeeded.
Michelangelo – “The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.”
