Weekly Habit 3: Be Alone for a While
Most of us are guilty of rather neglecting ourselves. The third weekly habit suggested by Tyler Bramlett in his book, 27 Body Transformation Habits, is to carve out an hour or even more each week to do something you love to do. Do this alone so you can also use this time to reflect on your top values.
