Prepare: Weekly Habit #4


Friends and family are important treasures in our lives. As I studied the Centenarians, I found that one of their secrets of living to and past 100 was socializing.

Set aside an hour each week to spend quality time with your family or friends. During this hour avoid all distractions – (digital devices).


One of my favorite things in the world is spending time with my family. We just returned from a week in Cancun with our three oldest grandsons: 18, 17,16. We created some lifetime memories.
