Are You Ready for Some New Thoughts, New Routines and a New Year?

Yes, I am ready for sure to sharpen the saw, to retrain my taste buds, and to accomplish new things God has called me to accomplish. How about you? Have your past several weeks been a tad on the busy side and filled to the brim with things to sidetrack you?
My past many weeks have been filled to the brim for sure. However, this has actually been one of the most joyful Christmas’s we have had in a very long time. Last year we were still in the midst of a lawsuit, had just returned from almost a month away in Australia and New Zealand; and our precious Grandson, 17 year old Cameron, was not home. Every Christmas, every month, in fact, every day takes tremendous prayer and faith. Last year was amplified.
So thankfully, this Christmas had many relaxing days. John and I even took a short time away to our timeshare up the road for a few days right after Christmas.
A Month Devoted to Learning
I spent the month of November and part of December enrolled in a course through my website developer learning more about how to use the website more effectively. Yes, I learned so very much. Now to apply that learning and pray for traffic. Sadly, I still have so much to learn, but I keep telling myself that this is a beginning. The good news is that I do love to learn.
2019 for Fabulously Fit
We will begin the year with a course that will get our new thoughts and new routines established for accomplishing joy in 2019. It has been two years since I have done our Four Weeks to a Lifetime Course. It seems to be time for a refresher with new material I have learned. The course will begin January 21st, 8:30 PM Central time. Each class will be archived for your review or makeup.

How have you done with your fitness and health goals over the holidays? I have not done nearly as well as I wish to say. In a post going out Monday, I talk about a slippery slope. This slippery slope is so easy to slide down, and I have slid a bit:( Thankfully, I have not missed my two eraser strategies except on a rare occasion. These have been such a Godsend. Have you used them?
Two Simple Strategies for Erasing

SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal setting
