Strong September Has Arrived

Strong September has arrived and it is a month of new beginnings. The number “nine” means “new beginnings”. God says “His mercies are new every morning.” We have 30 new mornings for new mercy in September.

Nine also represents the fruits of God’s Holy Spirit, which are Faithfulness, Gentleness, Goodness, Joy, Kindness, Long suffering, Love, Peace, and Self-control (Galatians 5:22 – 23). Until our mind is renewed to the Word of God our default for thinking is according to only what the senses tell us. We are ruled mostly by circumstances. Each day we have the new opportunity to renew our minds by reading and declaring what God says about us. As the mind is renewed our lives become filled with the fruit of the spirit as the Holy Spirit leads and guides us.

Supernatural Strength in September

“You have armed me with strength for the battle; you have subdued my enemies under my feet.” Ps 18:39

Suddenlies

September also reminds me of “suddenlies”. A “suddenly” is when something you’ve been believing for just all of a sudden happens. Please join your faith with mine and let’s believe for some “suddenlies” in this month of September.

Alice in Wonderland

It is such fun to think about the story of Alice in Wonderland. Alice always imagined ten impossible things before breakfast each morning. I love doing that myself. It seems I have so many. What ten impossibles can you imagine?

Babe Ruth struck out 1,330 times but he also hit 714 home runs.

Don’t worry about failure.

Be concerned about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.

The point is that success and failure come in the same package. When someone is successful, we don’t mean they never make mistakes; we mean that their successes outweigh their failures.

Remember: Failure in itself is insignificant it’s what you do afterward that counts.

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
