A New Month, New Dreams, New Courage
A “suddenly” is when something you’ve been believing for just all of a sudden happens. Please join your faith with mine and let’s believe for some “suddenlies” in this month of September.
Alice in Wonderland
Alice, in the story of Alice in Wonderland, always imagined ten impossible things before breakfast each morning. I love doing that myself. It seems I have so many. What ten impossibles can you imagine?
Upcoming Fabufit Course
This month’s theme for Fabulously Fit will be The Power of Imagination from a Christian perspective. We will begin this course later in September. This course and each Fabufit course is a gift to all Team Fabulous members. Membership is only $9.95 a month.
Today I Begin A New Life
by Tom Leding
You’ve failed many times,
Although you don’t remember.
You fell down the first time you tried to walk.
You almost drowned the first time you tried to swim.
Did you hit the ball the first time you swung a bat?
Heavy hitters, the ones who hit the most home runs, also strike out a lot.
R.H. Macy failed seven times before his store in New York caught on.
English novelist John Creasey got 733 rejection slips before he published 564 books.
Babe Ruth struck out 1,330 times but he also hit 714 home runs.
Don’t worry about failure.
Be concerned about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.
The point is that success and failure come in the same package. When someone is successful, we don’t mean they never makes mistakes; we mean that their successes outweigh their failures.
Remember: Failure in itself is insignificant it’s what you do afterward that counts.
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
