Let’s find ways to make salads a part of every dinner. They are filled with nutrients if made from dark green type lettuce and/or greens. They are very slimming if we wisely choose the right dressings for them. Make them in a way that you look forward to making and eating them.
1. Spring lettuce, romaine, spinach, kale – go for these instead of iceberg lettuce which has little or no nutrient value
2. Add some Caramelized Almonds These are so easy to make and make any salad something to look forward to. We have found the Coconut Palm Sugar at the Sam’s store in our area.
