Do you want a temporary solution to your health and fitness, or do you want lasting change for a lifetime? I decided many decades ago that weekly diets and daily worry about my weight was not something I cared for anymore. I got rid of the scales (my enemy) and refused to let them dictate my joy or sadness anymore. Little by little I learned some very important secrets of success in the journey to fitness and health.
