What is the Easiest Way to Transform Your SetPoint?
Let’s find the easiest way to transform your setpoint. SetPoints don’t like to be transformed. They stubbornly stick to what they’ve been trained (by us) to think what is right for one’s particular body to weigh. The bad news is that our Standard American Diet has caused a great majority of people’s setpoints to slowly rise higher and higher. However, the very very good news is that if you can learn how to lower your setpoint of weight, inches, size, it will fight to stay at that lowered point.
The past several weeks have been an exciting learning journey for me as I accidentally discovered a program I had never heard of before. The simple underlying premise of the Sane Program is Eating More and Exercising Less. The focus is on eating higher quality foods and lessening or eliminating processed food, as well as selecting quality exercise. The highest quality food we can put into our bodies is non-starchy vegetables. Our goal in the SANE Solution is 12 vegetables a day. This is difficult to be done………UNLESS………….we bring in the smoothies.
