Over the next few weeks, we will be learning some simple but important techniques and tools to determine the very best eating plan for you. I have narrowed down the astronomical amount of choices available to the three best researched paths which correlate with God’s principles for healthy eating.

Each class will be live via Teleconference call. These calls will be at 8:30 on Monday nights Central Time. There may be weeks we will meet every other week, depending on my class preparation time needed. You will be sent a PDF of the Powerpoint to be used for the class the morning of the class. Please do have these open and in easy reference so you can follow along.
Please do not worry if you miss a call. Although the live classes add in discussion, ideas, questions and answers from other class members, each class will be prerecorded and archived for you and sent to you via email the day following your class.
