On the website THE WATER CURE, a wonderful doctor, now deceased, has information on how our bodies are dehydrated from drinking so many modern liquids that ARE NOT WATER. He says that we need lots of water and lots of salt, and that salt reduces high blood pressure. Big Pharma sells our doctors “blood pressure medicine” that contains diuretics that flush water from out bodies, which is the worst thing to happen. We have seen the immense truth of this information with my 95 year-old mom. Dehydration for her mimicked CHF, loss of memory and very delayed swallow response. The Cardiologist confirmed that her heart was perfect, and the dehydration mimicked these symptoms. Water did the trick to bring her right out of it.
