- Eating for Emotional Reasons and not due to true Physical Hunger
- Eating Unthinkingly without Intention
- Often not an Eating Problem as much as a Symptom of Other Problems
- You Can Break the Cycle with Time – Others have and so can you
In tonight’s class we will talk about the 7 Key components to Overcoming Emotional Eating. Here are the first two:
- Cover your Nutritional Bases so you can stay off of the emotional roller coaster.
- Begin to Eat Smaller Meals More Often.
Tonight we will learn about all seven and begin developing routines to overcome this enemy of our soul.
