As we have left behind the last hours of March, 2017 and enter the exciting newness of April, I invite you to journey with us on a path of learning. Team Fabulous is just wrapping us a course, our first course of 2017…….Four Weeks to a Lifetime. In fact, we will do one of our final classes this coming Monday night. I am offering this teleconference class on Cholesterol – Good or Bad? to guests who would like to join in. Watch for the Sign up Form coming soon.
Learning is so much fun. It seems I am learning so many new things right now, it is hard to keep my projects separated. God is so good. He brings things we need to know sometimes right out of the blue it seems.
Blogging has been a bit of a puzzle to me. I’ve known there was so much more I could be doing, but how to do it was beyond my understanding. On a short get- away trip I took a little time to study and found a wonderful Ebook Course on Blogging by Abby Lawson called Framework. This plunged me into a rather time consuming project. Quickly I recognized major things I needed for my blogging. The main thing was an Email Server to make forms, offers, email sequences and to begin to do a good job at communicating. This was exciting to realize. Next I purchased the program recommended (Convertkit). This plunged me even deeper and deeper way over my head. However, God is so faithful. He has opened the eyes of my understanding and little by little I am learning how to work this program.
This learning curve has taken the entire month of March (and I’m still only a few steps forward), but it will be so worth all of the time and effort as soon as I learn it.
With great joy and excitement I can tell you that I have learned to make forms and sequences and have made my first. This just means: a form is a way for you or others to obtain gifts, offers I make, which leads to a short sequence of email tips I have created. Thankfully, with my many many years of teaching in this field, I have an abundance of material to share. You will see the first form on the homepage of my website: https://www.fabulouslyfit.com. This form offers you my favorite of all time creation: The Living Long and Strong Free Report. This is an excerpt from a complete EBook I created as I spent hours and days and weeks studying Centenarians and……………..
I do hope you will take a peek at this report.
It is filled with fun stories of those oldest of the old and what their mindset is. This is such a clue as to why they arrived at this age. You’ll read some of the research I uncovered about the correlation of getting older and getting sicker. Hmmmm. I found it doesn’t have to be that way. One author said it this way: “We get old because we are too lazy not to.” You will see at the end of the report that I am also including an Introductory Offer for the complete EBook and accompanying workbook Living Long and Living Strong for only $5.00. A precious friend, Al Johnson, who is also a mastermind marketer, took the time several years ago to show me how to format the book to make it easy and fun reading. Thank you Al.
Seemingly, everywhere I turn I am hearing about Mindsets and how important they are. The posts this month will focus on this topic of Living Long and Living Strong and discovering the importance of having the correct mindset. Good news is that the right mindset can be developed if per chance you don’t have it right now. I will be covering material from Dr. Caroline Leaf, one of the foremost cognitive Neuroscientists in the world, a new book by Carol Dvest called Mindsets, material from the VIA Character program and……………my indepth research on the mindsets of those oldest of the old.
My hope is that you will begin a journey (either by just following along with my posts and offers, or by joining Team Fabulous) with us. A great place to begin is with the Free Report. Then take a plunge into the EBook and Workbook to give you a 30 day step by step guide on the journey. Our health is too important to not make it a priority.
As your interest grows through the month and your knowledge base expands, you may wish to join us in May for the Teleconference Course on this very topic of Living Long and Living Strong.
Ready to begin? Actually, “if you wait until your’re ready, you’ll be waiting until the day you die!” ~Batterson. We are never quite ready to leave our comfort zones. The issue isn’t readiness; it’s willingness.
Love to have your comments! Have you ever imagined 20, 30, 40 years down the road? What will your health and fitness be like if you continue your current habits?
Have you ever thought about starting your own blog? What do you have to share that others need to know?
