White Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you like Paleo, Keto, or just healthy recipes, you will like these white chocolate chip cookies. Truthfully, chocolate chip cookies are great no matter what kind of chips are used. However, I really like to stay as much on the Credit side of the health ledger (which adds to versus subtracts from my health and fitness) as much as possible. Using dark chocolate chips or the Lilly Brand white chocolate chips, sweetened with stevia, is perfect.
As I made my old recipe in a hurry, I accidentally turned to another page in my cookbook and added an extra ingredient. As sometimes happens for me, the recipe turned out better than before.
By the way, here is why I like Paleo
Recipe Ingredients
Dry
2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Arrowroot Flour (The added ingredient)
Wet
6 TBLS. Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Agave Nectar
1 TBLS Vanilla
Mix Thoroughly
Add in the 1/2 cup or more of Lilly’s White Chocolate Chips
Bake at 350 degrees
Bake 7 to 9 minutes. These bake very quickly
