You Are Bought with a Price

You have been bought with a price if you are a born-again believer. It is the highest price tag ever placed on anything.
Because of the very high price Jesus paid for you and for me, the path to fitness and health is a path to take seriously. One body is all we will ever have for our life on earth. If we wear out this body, where will we live? In Fabufit, we are learning ways to keep this body working in good condition for many many years. As you noticed in the past scripture we are also learning to present our body as a form of worship to our Lord. (Romans 12:1,2 is our foundational scripture post.)
Be Intentional
This is the second of seven scriptures in this series. Please don’t just read this and go on. Intentionally put this powerful scripture into your heart by reading it, writing the verse on 4×6 cards, and placing them in several places. Think on, meditate

I Cor 6:19-20 The Message – Or didn’t you realize that your body is a sacred place, the place of the Holy Spirit? Don’t you see that you can’t live however you please, squandering what God paid such a high price for? The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.
Gratitude
Smile, thank the Lord for this day and declare that this is the day that the Lord has made and you will rejoice and be glad in it.
Remember, gratitude is like a muscle. With a lack of use, it atrophies and may even disappear. With use, it becomes strong. Thankfully, I can and I will develop this spiritual muscle.
